The session
Each block has one main lift per day and a plan for how it moves from week to week. The board shows the week’s numbers before you walk in.
A coach checks technique on the heavy sets and adjusts the load when a day feels off.
Best after a few Barbell Basics sessions, or with lifting experience elsewhere.
