What to bring

Ticks stay on this page only and clear when you leave.

Rows of black kettlebells on a gym floor, in black and white

Starting out

I have never lifted. Is that a problem?

No. Barbell Basics starts with an empty bar, or lighter, and a coach beside you.

How often should I come?

Two or three times a week is a common start. A coach would help you set a rhythm.

Will I be sore?

A little, for a day or two. It eases as you keep going.

Late sessions

Why so many evening classes?

This concept is built around people who train after work, so the timetable runs late.

Is the floor coached late at night?

In this concept, yes. The late shift floor coach looks after the floor until close.

This concept

Is Pulsewick Strength a real gym?

No. It is a studio concept by Tideframe Digital. There are no memberships, sessions or coaches.

Do the forms send anything?

No. The free trial and contact forms are demonstrations. They check your answers on the page and then stop.

Ready for day one?
