The gym
Built for the late shift
The kind of floor this concept describes: platforms, a turf lane and an engine room, lit for training after dark.
The idea
A gym that keeps going after work
Plenty of people can only train once the day is done. Pulsewick is a concept built around them: the timetable runs until late and the last weeknight class starts after 8pm.
Of the 45 sessions on the demo timetable, 15 start at 7pm or later.

Five zones
One room, split into five areas. Scroll to walk through.

01
Platforms
Six racks with lifting platforms in a row, each with its own bar, plates and chalk.

02
The bell wall
Kettlebells from light to heavy, racked by weight along one wall.

03
Turf lane
A strip of turf for sleds, carries, sprints and box work.

04
Engine room
Rowers and air bikes in a line, facing a clock you can read from anywhere.

05
Recovery corner
Mats, rollers and lower light for mobility and cool-downs.

Floor
House rules
Short, and the same for everyone.
Re-rack everything
Plates back on the tree, bars back on the hooks.
Chalk stays in the bucket
Use what you need. Sweep up after.
Ask for a spot
A coach is always on the floor. Asking is normal.
Share the rack
Between sets, someone can work in.
Wipe it down
Benches, bars and bikes, after every use.
See it on the timetable.
Every zone has its own classes. Filter the week to find them.
